DARLINGS DARLINGS DARLINGS, NOT EVERYONE IS SUITED TO COACHING. It’s a process. You have to do the work. Trust your coach. Trust the process and be humble, vulnerable and open to change. Curiosity is your friend in coaching. A willingness to explore and find out and engage in processes that may feel odd or unusual. These 30 minute session are a way to discover if it is a good fit. If it’s not a HELL YES, it should be a no. Unless there’s a small Hell YES inside trying to get your attention! Therapy is fabulous. Counseling is fabulous. But coaching is not a silver bullet to fix you. It’s work. It’s a process and it’s wonderful. If you are willing to change and engage. I’m right there with you. My heart is full.
