Help - I Can’t Stop Writing

I’m supposed to post on here every single day of December.

I just go over the top every single time.

Write and write and write and write.

But the purpose here is to publish every flippin’ day - not write every day.

I already write every day, but having it published is another matter.

This way I can serve my Writing Programme Ordinary Magic Writers better too because the Potent Magic that happens from publishing changes the work.

I LOVE it - last night we did Vision as the ‘Come to Your Senses’ Sense. Visualisations, Pictures, Studium and Punctum, We entered our minds eye and produced poetry, Book entries, bits for characters. This is the Ordinary Magic.

Then Poet Carolyn and I stay on and talk around the levels of reality, moving from Consensus Reality, into Essence and Dreaming and Planning - collaboration is a delight. It makes me better in every single sense. Collaborating with a bonafide poet is something else. The mindset is in different areas of the ether.

For example, one of the entries was supposed to be 5 lines and ended up being an essay.

It’s marvellous being so full with words.

Yet I also need to pull my BGP*s up and just stop.

(Like now - I need to just stop. can’t stop).

Just give my sweet creative self a chance at posting every day.

And so I’ll leave this here.

(Not quite - I want to let you know, I don’t feel bad, self-flagellating or guilty about not posting every day. The first rule of writing club is you’re a grown ass woman who can can do whatever they want. I don’t have time for beating myself up - I have things to write, read and people to coach. My lord - those people I coach It’s a privilege of a lifetime to watch them making their moves).

*BGP - Big Girl Pants. Verbed = Big Girl Panting. “I’ve been doing a lot of Big Girl Panting this week”. It’s a fun way to say one must do hard things and make them easier.

OK I MUST PERFORM THE DISMOUNT, get ready and head out for lunch with a past client and collaborator, then the Cocktails and Mocktails with Refugee Empowerment International!
