Ordinary Magic - Making the Mundane Sacred Writing Workshops

Take a liminal leap with writer Carolyn Hashimoto as she dispels the mystery that surrounds the art of writing and leads you into the potent world of ordinary magic.
Starting on Feb 29th, ORDINARY MAGIC is a 10 week creative writing course that examines the abundant magic and endless supply of writing seeds that can be found in the myriad of ordinary objects and daily routines that fill our lives and that we often take for granted.
In this course we will take the time and space to re-connect and re-examine our everyday things, our daily duties and our relationship to them and with them. Through a series of curated writing exercises and prompts you will discover new ways into writing and finding inspiration for writing. Enjoy poetry, music and prose selected by Carolyn and Sarah's unique eye on the world of science, psychology and magic. We'll open your world through portals of the mundane and of course, get on with the ordinary matter of writing.

ORDINARY MAGIC course details:
The workshops are open to writers and non-writers. And we'll all be writers.
WHAT
A series of 5 workshops, 4 writing sessions and a share-your-work session.
WHEN AND WHERE
Online Thursdays at 7:30PM – 9PM JST / 10:30AM -12PM GMT and from March 31st 11:30AM GMT (Except May 2nd)
Every week for ten weeks starting February 29th. The only opportunity until 2028 to take this creative leap on this day.
HOW MUCH?
Tier 1 Full price £449 - (£333 UNTIL Midnight JST February 25th) includes all workshops, sessions and recordings, access to all materials, access to past workshop recordings and materials
Tier 2 Full Price £649 (£555 Until Midnight JST February 25th) - all of the above plus a 30 min Road Trip mentoring session with Carolyn and a 30 min coaching session with Sarah based around either planning your writing schedule, getting over a creative block, or how to access everyday magic.
