Panremic - how are you?
How are you? Really how are you? It’s been quite the year hasn’t it as we experienced unexpected hardships, restrictions and disappointments.

I have seen incredible innovation, opportunity and creativity come as people pivot and look for the chances in their work and life, chances to support their community and the people they touch in life.

The Japan Times: Managing eating disorders and mental health during COVID-19
I was featured in The Japan Times- This is a very important conversation about how we treat our bodies during COVID-19 from a psychological perspective, and I was honoured to be invited, alongside the Clinical Director of TELL, Bill Clearly and Aya Nishizono-Maher, an adviser at the Japan Association for Eating Disorders (JEAD) and professor at Meiji Gakuin University.
Die Schwarze Frau, Yukiro Dravarious
"Keep moving forward, never straight"
Oh Lord - this interview shifted my perspective.
The wonderful Yukiro entered my life last year, after a fashion party I went up to my amazing photographer friend's studio and as the life doors opened my eyes went from the highest pair of shoes to the ceiling and the entire space was filled up with a most beautiful drag queen, in full drag, waiting to have a late-night photoshoot. I sat in on the shoot and watched this professional being photographed by another professional and moving, making shapes, directing, taking direction, getting creative, and the level of confidence and the level of humility displayed by both creative experts was mind blowing.

Just make it real. My hometown and my neighbouring beach today. I love the sea and its force of nature. I remember those wild seas as a young person. Thrilling and familiar. And today the beauty of today’s sundown in Kamakura watching the last surfers and SUPers.
