Teams by Design BCCJ Masterclass round-up
Earlier this year I ran a “Teams by Design” workshop for BCCJ as a masterclass. BCCJ gave me a write up on their site earlier this year. I touch also on Zoom fatigue which is so relevant during our ongoing battle with the Covid 19 crisis. I invited participants to complete a “constellation,” a tool that offers a visual representation of the current state of their relationship system- this material is adapted from adapted from ORSC™ CRR Global Content.
The Japan Times: Managing eating disorders and mental health during COVID-19
I was featured in The Japan Times- This is a very important conversation about how we treat our bodies during COVID-19 from a psychological perspective, and I was honoured to be invited, alongside the Clinical Director of TELL, Bill Clearly and Aya Nishizono-Maher, an adviser at the Japan Association for Eating Disorders (JEAD) and professor at Meiji Gakuin University.
